Extras (net prices):

• LCD screen 55” with all the necessary equipment – 100,00 EURO;
• Notebook with all the necesary cables – 40,00 EURO;

Necessary setup for LCD and notebook is included, when booked together.

Important info:

• Front label file should not be sent later than 20.10.2020 to ensure a good quality print. The file should be sent to ernesto@icortap.com. The maximum size of front label print is 194 cm x 30 cm (of the visible area).
• The expositors are requested not to make loud noise or loud conversations during the Congress part (from 10:00 till 14:00), as the stands are situated in the same hall. The expositors are welcome at the congress part as participants. Simultaneous interpreting will be available for English, Spanish, Italian, (...).
• Music playing or other sounds are not allowed at the stands, both on the LCD screens or your own devices.
• No water heaters or high consume devices can be plugged at the stand.
• The stands will be fitted on the 12th November between 9:00-9:30 and 14:00-15:00. All the stand preparations shall be finished by the Congress Opening at 10:00.
• Wall printables are allowed, though they should be fitted with a removable, non-marking glue / tapes.
• The stands will be closed and dismantled after 19:00.
